ADHD Self-Assessment
This quick 12-question assessment can help you understand if you might be experiencing symptoms of ADHD.
About This Assessment
This assessment is based on the ASRS v1.1 (Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale), a self-report symptom checklist developed to screen for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder symptoms in adults.
The original test was created by Harvard Medical School and New York University Medical School together with the World Health Organization.
We've adapted it as an accessible online test so everyone can check if their symptoms correlate with ADHD for free.
Important Disclaimer: This self-assessment tool is not a diagnostic instrument. A diagnosis of ADHD can only be made by a qualified healthcare professional. This assessment is meant for informational purposes only.
